Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Paul Burmester, contact@pburmester.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.

Online Withdrawal Procedure (Effective June 2026): You can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically via our website by using our online withdrawal button and form. To do so, please visit the following link: https://tally.so/r/pbZWkZ. If you make use of this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay by e-mail.

Important Exclusion / Exceptions

According to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Please note: All photography prints, fine art canvases, or customized physical image products ordered in this shop are printed on-demand based on your specific selection (size, material, motif). Therefore, returns and refunds for personalized photo prints are excluded once production has started, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Goods

If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@pburmester.com with digital photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement.
